Taking into account Rockfin S.A.'s care for personal data and carrying out the assumptions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RODO), we are introducing a privacy policy for the portal www.rockfin.pl

Viewing most of information about the company, its products and services is possible without providing personal data. Nevertheless, some sub-pages may contain forms asking you to fill in information, some of which may be considered personal data.

This privacy policy sets out how we will use the personal data we receive from you.

TYPE OF DATA, TIME AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

On some subpages of our website, we will collect your personal data, including but not limited to:

  • name, address, telephone number, e-mail address,
  • information about the device you are using, the IP address from which the request came, the time the request came,
  • country from which you are visiting our site,

Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to receive the ordered newsletter, take part in the recruitment process, or wish to receive a response to the inquiry provided via the form available on the website.

CONTACT FORM: 

Through the contact form available on the website, we process the data of those sending inquiries in order to respond to the inquiry sent by the addressee.

Processing time: necessary for correspondence.

Legal basis: user's consent, administrator's legitimate interest (the need to answer and service the inquiry sent)  

COOKIES:

The website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that analyze website traffic in order to tailor content to the user's profile and for statistical purposes. The processed personal data is anonymous - the Administrator does not identify specific users.  The Administrator processes indirect data about the user's activity on the website, the device you are using when browsing the website, the operating system, the country of the device's location, the IP address.

Processing time: until the cookie is deleted from the user's device.

If the user gives his/her consent by clicking ‘yes’ on the cookie banner or by adjusting the cookie preferences using the sliders located after clicking on the ‘Manage cookies’ button, the Administrator may use the following types of cookies:

          (a) Google Analytics - cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use and operate our website. The information obtained through Google Analytics is accessed by Google llc, based in the USA. By default, login data for Google services expires after 12 months. However, if the data retention setting is set to less than 12 months, Google's login data will reflect this shorter period.

          (b) Google Ads - cookies are used to display personalised ads based on your activity. This function is implemented using cookie technology and is used to display interest-based advertising to visitors of Google's ad network sites. This means that we collect information for this purpose on our website. These are session cookies. Google llc, based in the USA, has access to the information obtained via Google Analytics. Web browsers usually delete session cookies when you close your browser.

          (c) _fbp - cookies used by Facebook to deliver advertising products, such as bidding for real-time ad impressions to the user by advertisers. Provider and provider location: Facebook (UK).

NEWSLETTER: 

On the main website or relevant subpages, you may be asked to indicate whether you wish to receive certain marketing information by e-mail and/or postal mail. Your acceptance will mean that you agree to receive information about our products, services, activities, or special offers.

You may change your direct marketing preferences at any time by using the opt-out option included in each direct marketing e-mail.

RECRUITING: 

Through our website it is possible to apply for available jobs or leave your personal contact details with the HR department to reach out regarding recruitment. 

Purpose and legal basis: 

We will process your personal data, in order to: 

-  carry out the recruitment process within the scope indicated by the provisions of labor law (Article 221 of the Polish Labor Code) and data beyond this scope, including special category data (Article 9 of RODO) provided on your own initiative in your application documents.

-  take necessary actions to conclude a contract with the selected candidate on the basis of Article 6 of RODO.

- participation in future recruitment process based on the consent given Article 6 RODO.

Processing time: data will be processed until the recruitment process is completed, no longer than for 6 months from the date of application, or for the period indicated in any consent for future recruitments

USER RIGHTS

At any time you are entitled to: 

  • access to personal data to the extent specified by Article 15 of RODO,
  • rectification of data in accordance with Article 16 of RODO,
  • request deletion of data in case one of the grounds indicated in accordance with Article 17 of RODO,
  • limitation of data processing in the cases specified by the provisions of RODO in accordance with Article 18 of RODO,
  • transfer of data in accordance with Article 20 of RODO,
  • submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in accordance with Article 77 of RODO,
  • object to data Administrator in accordance with Article 21 of RODO,
  • revoke the consent given to the Administrator for the processing of personal data at any time.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Within the scope of your consent, recipients of your personal data may be: 

  • public authorities to the extent and for the purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law,
  • IT service providers, 
  • vendors that support website maintenance,
  • legal service providers,
  • Internet portals that publish an announcement of the recruitment process initiated in case you apply through this portal or providers of recruitment management systems.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES 

The administrator transfers to third countries only the information collected by cookies, which are provided by Google LLC, as long as they are installed on your device, within the framework of your consent. For the rest, personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
