Whistleblower Policy

We would like to kindly inform you that at ROCKFIN S.A. we have introduced a procedure for reporting and following up on violations of the law on the basis of the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024.

The overriding aim of the procedure is to eliminate irregularities resulting from non-compliance with the law, which will ultimately translate into even better functioning of the company itself and the comfort of both our employees and third parties with whom ROCKFIN S.A. cooperates.

Below you will find contact details and an application form, together with a clause concerning the processing of personal data in connection with your application. We emphasise that personal data will only be stored for the period necessary to complete the investigation and will only be accessible to authorised persons, in accordance with the RODO and the Whistleblower Protection Act.

We also stipulate that anonymous submissions will not be considered by the Company.
